To the Riot Games Review Team,
I'm submitting this report with concrete proof of a persistent and highly organized wintrading circle that has destroyed competitive integrity in high-elo ranked games across the EMEA region. This group is actively ruining the top of the ladder and compromising fairness.
You've dealt with one of their cheaters before (handled via GamerDoc), which confirms the scale and serious nature of this operation. Given the damage to the ranked ecosystem, we need a decisive and permanent solution.
This group has operated for months with impunity, buying new accounts every time they're caught. Traditional bans aren't working because the core problem is the players themselves, not just their accounts.
They have an unlimited supply of Ascendant-Immortal accounts because the ring has grown so large they can ask any friend to share credentials. It's necessary to ban all accounts associated with their HWIDs to ensure every account used for this wintrading circle is permanently removed. Otherwise, they'll simply return after HWID ban timers expire and continue where they left off.
To effectively and permanently disrupt this circle and protect EMEA competitive integrity, you need to implement Hardware ID (HWID) bans for all players documented above.
Every single person in this report must be actioned. Half-measures won't workβif even one remains active, they'll rebuild the network. These players have shown they'll wait out temporary bans, spoof hardware, buy new accounts, and immediately resume operations.
We strongly recommend you check the login history (IPs/hardware) for the main accounts documented above and action ALL accounts that have logged in from those machines.
While we could attempt to list every single account they've used, it's far more efficient for Riot to internally cross-reference which accounts have been accessed from these players' hardware. This will automatically catch:
